Pudding Roti

     It's cooking day today.  For brunch , I cooked 'Nasi Tomato' with prawn curry.  I add carrots to the curry.  Then I fried omelette and pomfrets .  Just like nasi kandar style.  Alhamdulillah...everybody in the house love it.  Simple but delicious.....

     In the evening (since i'm full of energy today), I made bread pudding with custard sauce.  So...this is the recipe to share with everybody.

Ingredients:
5 slices of bread (spread with butter or margarine) - arrange in the tin
450ml fresh milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp custard powder
3 eggs

Directions:
Blend milk, sugar, custard powder and eggs.  Then pour into the pan which is filled with bread.  Let the bread soak in the mixture for a while before baking it at 180 c for 30 minutes.

Custard sauce:
1 can of evaporated milk
sugar to taste
1 tbsp custard powder

Mix all the ingredients well and simmer on low heat until bubbly for awhile. Cool in the refrigerator before ready to be eaten.
